Drawn to the mountain lifestyle of the valley, Menz moved to Vail in 1986 from South Australia. Prior to establishing herself in the real estate industry, she led a successful career in hospitality, honing her sales and client services skills as the sales director of the Bachelor Gulch and Beaver Creek Club. Transitioning to real estate in 1998, she is known for her dedicated demeanor and passion for the valley, providing her clients with unmatched guidance and professionalism. Participating in over $1,000,000,000 in career transactions, Menz’s foray into real estate started in the world of new developments, including the notable Bachelor Gulch development project.
